Peter Kronberg

Peter Kronberg is the General Counsel at UpBup. Peter has also served as counsel for Proficio Capital Partners, LLC, Tufts University, BISYS Fund Services, and Citi. Peter was also the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and VP at Ten Asset Management, Inc. Prior to that, they were an In-House Attorney at Matritech.

Peter Kronberg has a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BFA in Sculpture from The University of Kansas. Peter also has a certification from FINRA in Series 65.
