Daniel Henrique Perez has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel Henrique began their career as an Entrepreneur at Creaciones Daniel P, where they successfully ran their own business for five years. Following this, they joined Nielsen as an Account Executive, where they consulted on marketing issues and managed the relationship with different clients. Daniel Henrique was later promoted to Premier Jr. Executive and then to Premier Sr. Executive, where they continued to provide strategic consulting to clients and received recognition for their performance. After leaving Nielsen, Daniel worked at RB as a Commercial Analyst, where they supervised and tracked healthcare product sales and managed the promotional plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Daniel Henrique then joined UpClear, initially as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they successfully managed multiple projects from end to end, designed software features, and led a team of developers. Daniel Henrique later joined Trax Retail as a Customer Success Manager - EMEA, where they excelled in managing customer success in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. In their most recent role, Daniel is currently serving as a Client Success Director at UpClear, where they continue to excel in providing exceptional service to clients.
Daniel Henrique Perez completed their Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE). Daniel Henrique attended the university from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IE Business School. Daniel Henrique attended the business school from 2012 to 2013.
