Upcode Project is a technology studio based in Poznań, Poland. We design, build and operate software products end to end — from architecture and infrastructure to interface and launch.
For now, our attention is on a single product: an AI-native solution in the healthtech industry, currently in stealth, launching November 2026.

We're hiring engineers who build things that don't exist yet. Two open roles right now: Backend Engineer and AI Engineer. Flat structure, real ownership, work on our own infrastructure and our own models.
