Kalei Lay

Kalei Lay is a skilled designer with extensive experience in user experience, product design, and digital marketing. With a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Game Development from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Kalei's career began at UW-Whitewater Police Department as a Graphic Designer, followed by roles at Modern Hire as a UX Intern and User Experience Designer. Significant contributions include leading user research, architecting design systems, and enhancing candidate experiences. As Senior Product Designer at Spekit, Kalei drove the development of AI-driven features, established design frameworks, and optimized user engagement.
