Shruthi Reddy

Shruthi Reddy is the Head of Mobility at UpCycle, where they lead the transformation of logistics and waste management through electric vehicle fleet operations. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at Garden City University, Shruthi previously completed a Masters in Business Administration and Management at the same institution. They began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Inito, where they collaborated with the US team on various HR initiatives, enhancing their skills in recruitment and employee engagement.
