Dan Moss joined Updata Partners in 2011 and is a Principal. Prior to joining Updata, Dan was an analyst in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Barclays Capital, where he provided strategic and M&A advisory services and participated in executing capital markets transactions with a concentration in the software and IT services sectors. Dan began his career as an analyst at America’s Growth Capital, a boutique investment banking firm where he provided advisory services to growth-stage companies across the technology industry.
Dan graduated summa cum laude from Colby College with a B.A., majoring in Mathematical Sciences and Economics with a Concentration in Financial Markets. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
