Scott Lamb

Scott Lamb is currently the Head of Customer Success at Update Capital, where he oversees the client experience through the post-sales portion of the customer journey. Prior to his current role, Scott worked as the Customer Success Lead at MuniSight, managing customer success activities across various brands. With a background in community development and experience working in municipal and national parks settings, Scott brings a diverse range of skills and experiences to his current role. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Geography with a GIS Concentration from The University of Lethbridge.
