Miruna Roman

Miruna Roman is an experienced Information Technology Recruitment Consultant at UPDIVISION since February 2023, specializing in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT talent, client consultations, candidate management, and supporting new hire integrations. Previously, Miruna held the position of 360 IT Recruitment Team Lead at Prohuman Romania from December 2019 to August 2022, focusing on people management, stakeholder relations, and performance oversight, as well as serving as a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant responsible for full-cycle recruiting. With a background in psychology, Miruna also worked as a psychologist in private practice from June 2014 to November 2019, concentrating on work and organizational psychology. Educational qualifications include a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and various complementary training programs in organizational and transport psychology.
