Rob J. has over 33 years of work experience. Rob began their career in 1987 at OCLC as a Systems Operator II, where they ran IBM 3090 mainframes and managed tape libraries. In 1993, they joined the United States Army Reserve as a member of the 2362nd Signal Detachment, where they executed unit-level maintenance on multifunctional/multi-user information processing systems. In 1995, they joined Checkfree as an Engineer II, where they provided Tier 2 and 3 IT Engineering for an environment of 6000 end users. In 2002, they were promoted to Engineer I at Checkfree and provided Tier 2 IT Engineering for an environment of 5000 end users. In 2007, they joined Fiserv as a Sr. Engineer, where they managed and maintained an environment supporting 25,000 internal customers across 7 data centers. In 2014, they joined Bank of America as a Sr Analyst System Engineering, where they led and/or participated in the design, development, and implementation of complex system engineering activities. In 2015, they joined Valdez International Corporation as an Exchange Administrator, where they supported and maintained 750,000+ users across 225+ Exchange Systems globally. In 2016, they joined OhioHealth as a Sr. Technical Specialist, where they supported and maintained 35,000+ users in an O365 Exchange Online environment. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Updox as an Application Security Engineer.

Rob J. has attended Columbus State Community College and has obtained a Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2021.
