Lucy Pett

Lucy Pett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lucy currently works at Updraft as a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager, a position they have held since January 2023.

Prior to their current role, Lucy worked at Cabot Credit Management where they held various compliance positions. Lucy was a Compliance Manager from November 2021 to December 2022, responsible for overseeing compliance activities. Before that, they served as a Compliance Officer from August 2019 to December 2021, where they provided compliance advice and managed regulatory risk.

Lucy also worked as a Group Compliance Assistant at Cabot Credit Management from January 2018 to July 2019. In this role, they conducted regulatory analysis, monitored data protection matters, and provided risk assessments and advice to key stakeholders.

Before joining Cabot Credit Management, Lucy worked at Clarks as a Department Manager from September 2011 to March 2015. In this role, they trained and managed a team, handled customer complaints, and maintained visual displays to drive sales.

Lucy Pett completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from The Open University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Later, in 2019 to 2020, Lucy pursued an International Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
