Aaron Smith

Aaron Smith has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Aaron began their career as a Claims Service Representative at Arbella Insurance Group in 2015. In 2016, they transitioned to MEDITECH as an Implementation Analyst, where they assessed current state workflows of healthcare facilities, trained and developed teams, fostered relationships with customers, and advised the build of new systems to optimize integration points and enhance patient safety. In 2019, Aaron joined Southcoast Health as an Epic Analyst, focusing on analyzing and implementing Epic software solutions. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Onboarding & Enablement Lead at uPerform.

Aaron Smith completed their education at Johnson & Wales University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study included International Business, Human Resources Management, and Financial Investments. In addition to their degree, Aaron also obtained certifications in Inpatient Documentation (ClinDoc) from Epic in September 2019 and in Surgical Services from MEDITECH in October 2016.
