Rob Sariscak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob began their career as a Public Health Engineer at the Maryland Department of the Environment. Here, they developed the initial website for the Air and Radiation Administration.
Rob then transitioned to RWD Technologies, where they held several roles over the years. Starting as an Associate Engineer, they created Microsoft Word templates and HTML converters for online instructional training documents. Rob later became a Team Leader and Staff Software Engineer, managing a team and implementing new features and bug fixes for RWD software products. Rob also served as the Lead Developer for the initial release of the RWD Info Pak OmniHelp Server application.
In their most recent role at RWD Technologies, Rob was a Principal Software Engineer. Rob defined feature requirements and product enhancements for the RWD uPerform Server, conducting analysis, research, and design of complex integration features. Rob later became the Manager and Senior Software Engineer, overseeing development and testing teams and managing the design and stabilization of RWD uPerform Server features.
Currently, Rob is a Senior Software Architect at ANCILE Solutions, Inc. Rob assists multiple agile teams with technical solutions for the development and deployment of product features. Their responsibilities include managing the architecture and application design of ANCILE uAlign and ANCILE uGuide products. Rob also served as the architect and technical lead for the research, design, construction, and deployment of ANCILE uAlign using the Ruby on Rails framework and a PostgreSQL database.
Rob Sariscak pursued their education at Penn State University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Rob further expanded their skillset by obtaining additional certifications. In 2012, they became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance. The following year, in 2013, they achieved the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner, also from Scrum Alliance.
