Caroline Brison

Caroline Brison is an experienced executive coach and leader, currently serving as the founder and director of PLURI'ailes since March 2018. In addition to this role, Caroline collaborates with Upfeel as a coach and facilitator focusing on collective intelligence, while also providing consulting services at Cegos France and leadership training at Télécom Paris. Caroline has a background in real estate consultancy and management at iad France, as well as in communication and leadership education at the Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie. Previous positions include partner associate at Horizon Potentiel and talent and culture development lead at Up Group, where key achievements included cultural transformation and development of management practices. Caroline's educational credentials include a professional coaching certification accredited by the International Coach Federation and ongoing studies in development coaching.
