Andy Velkme

Andy Velkme has an extensive work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the VP of Workplace Solutions Central Region at Upflex, a B2B SaaS platform for flexible workspaces. Prior to this, Andy worked at Caton Commercial Real Estate Group as a Senior Vice President and Vice President, specializing in commercial real estate brokerage and client services. Andy has also held roles at NICAR, the National Association of REALTORS, Illinois REALTORS, and C2 Research, Inc. Andy has diverse experience and expertise in market research, real estate management, and global business.

Andy Velkme, CIPS holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University. Prior to attending Northwestern, they completed their high school education at Fenwick High School.
