Taylor Basham

Taylor Basham currently serves as the Director of Network Operations at Upflex since May 2024. Prior to this role, Taylor held the position of Partner Operations & Success Manager at Gable from February 2022 to February 2024, where Taylor established a Partner Marketplace that generated $1.75 million in booking GMV over two years. Taylor's previous experience includes managing sales and operations as a Community Manager at Bond Collective and MakeOffices, where Taylor significantly increased membership and designed standard operating procedures for improved partnerships. Taylor also held leadership roles in the Temple University American Marketing Association, developed speaker acquisition strategies, and supported the marketing efforts at various organizations. Taylor earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Temple University in 2020.
