Tom Whitty

Tom Whitty has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tom is currently serving on the Advisory Board of YOL, a corporate learning and wellbeing company. Prior to this, they were the EVP of Workplace Solutions at Upflex, a platform that offers workspace booking and management tools.

Before Upflex, Tom served as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Thrive Global, where they led the sales team in the US East region. Tom also held the role of Sales Director, US East at Thrive Global.

Earlier in their career, Tom worked as the Enterprise Sales Director at Limeade, an employee experience software company. Tom also gained experience as the Private Equity Sales Lead and Regional Sales Manager at Willis Towers Watson. Tom's career began as an Account Executive at Liazon, a benefits technology startup that was later acquired by Towers Watson.

Tom's work experience also includes serving as a Vice President/Principal at Commerce One Financial, a registered broker dealer.

Tom Whitty attended Chaminade High School from 1996 to 1999. Tom then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management at Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Tom obtained a certification as a Licensed Official: Course Designer from the United States Eventing Association, Inc. in 2018.
