Previously, they held roles as Head of Training and Development at Maansarovar Honda Cars and Group Trainer at Harsha Toyota Chennai, where they became a certified trainer with Toyota. Irudaya graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Don Bosco Institute Of Technology and began their career in telecommunications at Reliance Communications.
