Upgrade Story:

Welcome to Egypt's first online certified destination for buying, selling, and trading refurbished mobile phones.

About Us:
Since 1996, we've been at the forefront of Egypt’s telecom industry, blending decades of expertise with hands-on experience. At UPGRADE, we believe that everyone deserves access to the latest smartphones and affordable technology without straining their budget. This principle has guided us throughout our successful journey since the founding of Sky Distribution in 2007, the parent company of Upgrade.

Mission:
Our mission is to alleviate your financial pressures while upgrading your tech equipment.

We aim to reduce electronic waste and offset the environmental impact of manufacturing new phones by reusing existing materials and components.

UPGRADE is the #1 brand for refurbished mobile phones in Egypt, enabling you to enhance your technology without breaking the bank.

We aim to provide the best-refurbished smartphones through a 70-step inspection process, restoring them to like-new condition. Each refurbished phone also comes with a 12-month warranty, allowing you to enjoy your device with peace of mind.

Vision:
We envision a future where everyone can access affordable electronics delivered through a platform built on sustainable values and quality-assured devices.

At UPGRADE, we aim to be the leading brand in Egypt’s electronics market, driving innovation and setting the standard for affordability and sustainability.

Looking ahead, we are excited to expand our presence and offerings across the Middle East, making top-tier technology accessible to even more people while promoting an eco-friendly approach to electronics.
