John McDermott

John McDermott's work experience begins in 1983 when they worked as a Journeyman at the Local 2 Window Cleaners Union. John then moved on to Harvard Maintenance in 1997, where they served as the Director of Window Cleaning Operations until 2010. In 2010, they became the President and CEO of GlobalBMU, a company specializing in permanent installation facade access equipment. In 2011, they founded Upgrade Services LLC, focusing on high-rise window cleaning and building envelope services. Finally, in 2016, they became the President and CEO of Gradiant Services.

John McDermott attended Archbishop Molloy HS from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a degree in Squeegeeology. In addition to their education, they also hold a Riggers License obtained from NYCDOB in June 1996.
