Sam Noon

Sam Noon is an experienced professional in the capital markets sector, currently serving as a Manager at Upgrade, Inc. since November 2021, after progressing through roles as a Senior Associate and Associate in the same department. Prior to this, Sam worked at EY as an ABS Structured Finance Analyst and gained consulting experience at Carr, Riggs & Ingram. Additional experience includes roles as a Deckhand at NEW ORLEANS PADDLEWHEELS, INC., structured finance advisory internships at EY, and valuable research and analytical roles at Valmiki Capital Management and TOPXIGHT LABS, where market research and financial modeling were key responsibilities. Sam also has a solid academic background with a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Tulane University.
