Upgrading Talent started as a simple effort to support students transitioning from campus to corporate roles.
It’s a volunteer-driven initiative where working professionals guide students through mentorship sessions, resume building, interview preparation, and sharing real-world hiring insights.
The focus is on helping candidates understand what actually matters in hiring, not just how to get selected.
If you’re a college or a professional interested in collaborating, feel free to connect.
