UPGRD® Academy helps students and families master the skills of focus, emotional control, and performance under pressure.
Our 8-module training system combines short, science-based lessons with real-time neurofeedback from Vital Neuro® headsets, giving students a way to reprogram stress into clarity and turn distraction into flow.
Built by performance coaches and educators, the Academy bridges neuroscience and mindset training to help the next generation grow up confident, calm, and connected to who they truly are.
Our mission: to make mental performance training as normal as physical training — empowering families to design lives of purpose, focus, and fulfillment.
