Catherine Overton

Catherine Overton is an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager currently with UpGuard since January 2022. Previously, Catherine spent 15 years at Monash University, where roles included Manager of Contract and Commercial Solutions and Contracts Manager for the IT Supply Chain Management Office. Responsibilities encompassed leading teams in procurement and vendor management, drafting and negotiating supplier agreements, and ensuring process compliance. Additional experience includes a board position at Anchor Inc., contract advisory work at United Group Ltd., and legal practice at Gadens Lawyers and Rosendorff Lawyers. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and an LLB from the University of Tasmania.
