Ellen F.

Ellen F. is a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management, customer success, and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for UpGuard since March 2023, Ellen previously held the role of Client Operations & Technology Manager at Granite Peak Associates from 2017 to September 2022. Ellen began her career at Morningstar, working as both a Customer Success Associate and a Product Consultant, specializing in advisor software support. Additional experiences include contributions as a Team Member on the Grinnell College Application Development Team, and as a Technology Consultant at Grinnell College, where extensive training in A/V equipment and software troubleshooting was completed.
