Célia V. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Célia is currently the Director of Accounting for Europe at Uphold Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bosch as a Senior Financial Planning & Controller from June 2018 to December 2022, where they were responsible for financial planning, controlling, and analysis. Célia also worked as a Finance and Administrative Manager at Stemmatters from June 2011 to July 2018 and as a Strategic Advisor at Kide Fashion from May 2015 to January 2018. Before that, they were the Founder and Finance Director at Nortal Financial Services from January 2007 to July 2011, where they oversaw finance, treasury, legal, and controllership. Célia also worked as a Finance Manager at Costeira - Engenharia e Construção, S.A. from December 2003 to December 2006 and as a Junior Controller at APSI Internet Solutions from November 2002 to November 2003.

Célia V. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universidade do Minho in 2002. Célia then pursued a Post-graduation in Management Control and Performance Evaluation at Porto Business School from 2011 to 2012. Later, they completed a Master's degree in Accounting and Management Control at FEP U. Porto – Economics and Management from 2014 to 2015.
