Daniela Monteiro is a Certified Happiness Manager and an advocate for community engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion. With extensive experience in employer branding and talent experience, they have led initiatives at various organizations, including FES Agency and Uphold. Daniela has managed impactful community programs for the Portuguese Women in Tech and DEI Club, empowering thousands of professionals. They hold a Master’s degree in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship from Universidade do Porto, complemented by a Bachelor's in Business Communication. Currently, Daniela focuses on enhancing employee experience and employer branding at Uphold, striving to create a people-first culture.
