João Veiga

João Veiga started their work experience in 2012 at Scytale, where they initially worked as a software engineer from January 2012 to December 2015. João then progressed to become the Manager of Software Engineers from December 2015 to March 2019.

In 2019, João Veiga joined Uphold as a Product Manager from March 2019 to April 2020. João then took on the role of Head of Product Management from April 2020 to November 2023. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Product at Uphold, starting in November 2023.

João Veiga obtained their Master's degree in Communications Engineering from Universidade do Minho in the period from 2005 to 2011. In 2008, they also attended Politecnico di Milano for a period, although the degree obtained is not specified. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from CRUM ALLIANCE.
