Roberto Ribeiro

Roberto Ribeiro is a Backend Engineer at Uphold Inc. since April 2019, previously serving as a Frontend and Backend Developer at REQUIMTE and the University of Minho, where a chemical reactions database web-portal was designed and developed. Prior experience includes roles as a Developer and Research Scientist at the Texas Advanced Computing Center, focusing on scalable visualization technologies, and as an Invited Professor teaching Computing Systems at the University of Minho. Early in the career, Roberto worked as a Hardware and Software Technical Assistant at FAMASETE. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, all obtained from Universidade do Minho between 2006 and 2018.
