Simon McLoughlin

Simon McLoughlin is the current CEO at Uphold. Prior to their current position, they held various management positions at Plusnet, Greencore, and Pearson. Simon has over 10 years of experience in service delivery management and production implementation. At Pearson, they were responsible for managing a team of 5 Service Managers and delivering over 80 services to UK and overseas customers. Simon has also managed the transition and delivery of eAssessment Services in line with the government framework contract covering the Home Office Life in the UK tests and the DfE STA. In their current role as CEO at Uphold, Simon is responsible for leading the company and its employees to uphold the highest standards of customer service.
