At Upkeep we are passionate about helping housing professionals provide and maintain good quality homes for residents. A home is more than just a building and we never forget that a housing service is about more than just repairs and maintenance.

We’ve been teaching people about the care, refurbishment and improvement of residents’ homes for over 40 years, believing good maintenance is the starting point in delivering a great service and is fundamental to environmental sustainability.

We offer qualifications and short courses for people working in housing, property management and facilities management. We are perfectly placed to help you meet the regulatory requirements for staff to be appropriately qualified.

Our specially designed range of courses benefit learners of all ages and backgrounds, including people working in construction and housing in technical and non-technical roles.
Thousands of candidates have benefited from our courses and we ensure our courses contain the latest in best practice and current thinking.

We deliver all our courses online and can offer most of them in-house at your venue.

If there’s a subject you’d like to learn about that isn’t listed on our course calendar, give us a call.
