Miji Hendrix has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Miji began their career in 2012 as an Interior Designer at Ethan Allen Global, Inc., where they provided design solutions for clients and handled tasks such as drafting floor plans and preparing cost estimates. Miji then moved on to Flegel's Home Furnishings in 2013, specializing in large-scale residential makeovers and working as an authorized dealer for luxury furniture brands. Miji also designed and operated a Pop-Up Shop at Facebook Inc. during this time. In 2016, they joined 17hats as a Customer Success Manager and later became a Lead Account Manager. Their responsibilities included managing customer accounts and ensuring their success. From 2018 to 2019, Miji worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at UpKeep, and then advanced to the role of Manager, Customer Success, from 2019 to 2021. In their most recent role, starting in 2021, they served as the Sr. Manager of Customer Success, focusing on achieving net revenue retention targets and leading a team of Customer Success and Retention Managers. Miji was recently promoted to the position of Director of Customer Success at UpKeep. Throughout their career, they have exhibited strong leadership, coaching, and strategic skills to help their teams exceed targets and contribute to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Miji Hendrix obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Miji obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they became a Certified Expert in Maintenance from UpKeep Maintenance Management. They also obtained the Gainsight CSM 101 certification from Gainsight in July 2018. Furthermore, Miji obtained certifications in AutoCAD and SketchUp from CAD Simplified in March 2015.
