Aisling Redmond

Aisling Redmond is a Global Regulatory Toxicologist with over 13 years of experience in the chemical and food industries. Currently, they hold the position of Global Regulatory Toxicologist at UPL, where they focus on regulatory compliance and toxicological risk assessment. Aisling previously worked as a Regulatory Toxicologist at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, leading the Ecotoxicology Unit and acting as a permanent representative for two EU Scientific Committees. They have also contributed to food safety as a Risk Manager at the Food Safety Authority of Ireland and served as a REACH Regulatory Inspector at the Health and Safety Authority. Aisling’s educational background includes a First Class Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Toxicology from the University of Surrey and a Master’s Degree in Toxicology from Athlone Institute of Technology.
