Anna Scherzer is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles in Europe. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement Europe at UPL since January 2022, Anna has previously held key positions such as Category Team Lead Direct & Indirect and Category Manager Europe. Prior to UPL, Anna worked at CABB from June 2016 to December 2021 as Sourcing Manager for Chemicals & Packaging, and held the role of Sourcing Manager for Logistics & Packaging. Anna’s early career includes positions at Brembo SGL Carbon Ceramic Brakes as a Master-Student focusing on lean optimization processes, and at Airbus as a Werkstudent in A350XWB Processmanagement. Additionally, Anna began the professional journey as a Controlling Assistant at Peter Schmidt Group. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in International Management & Logistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre & Logistik, both from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
