Bhavya Tripathi

Bhavya Tripathi is an experienced legal professional actively working as an Executive - Trademarks at UPL since February 2022, following a role as Trainee - IP. Prior to this, Bhavya gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at various organizations, including Poovayya & Co., Indian Law Partners, Lanco, Advocate Mr. Jagat Rana, SNG & Partners, and Senior Advocate Mr. Manoj Ohri, with a focus on criminal litigation during several internships. Bhavya holds an LLM in Intellectual Property Rights from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a BBA LLB (Hons.) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies. Education also includes attendance at Sanskriti School and National Public School.
