Cristina S. is a human resources executive with 15 years of experience, currently serving as the HR LATAM Head at UPL since 2025. Previously, they held positions as the HR Director for Mexico and Cuba and as the Safety and Health Coordinator, where they focused on cultural management changes, safety protocols, and organizational talent development. Cristina obtained a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Monterrey and ITESM, respectively.
