Ewa Kotulska

Ewa Kotulska is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading recruitment efforts at UPL for Europe and North Europe since April 2023, focusing on recruitment strategy and processes across 15+ countries. Previously, Ewa served as Recruitment IT Team Leader at GSK via Korn Ferry from April 2021 to April 2023, managing a team of IT recruiters and acting as a Recruitment Business Partner. Ewa's career includes roles as Recruitment Specialist at Adamed Group and Mars, and as Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist at Polpharma, where a variety of recruitment and employer branding initiatives were successfully implemented. Ewa holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie.
