Ishika Kumar

Ishika Kumar currently serves as a Territory Manager at UPL since May 2023, following a role as a Management Trainee. Prior to this, Ishika gained valuable experience at XIM University from August 2021 to February 2023, where involvement included serving as an Executive Member and Shadow Member of the RM Career Advisory Services, which is the Corporate Relations and Placement Committee for the School of Rural Management. Additionally, a significant internship was completed at DeHaat, analyzing the impact of extension services on GAPL product penetration in Bihar. Other internships include a Rural Living and Learning Experience at the Foundation for Ecological Security and a Marketing Communications role at WhiteHat Jr, along with a project internship at ASSEFA. Ishika completed a Master of Business Administration in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, from 2021 to 2023.
