Katherine Eró is a professional with a background in Agroindustrial Engineering, holding a degree from the Escuela Agrícola Panamericana, Zamorano, Honduras. They currently serve as the Country Manager at UPL in the Dominican Republic, having previously worked as a Technical Sales Representative at BASF, where they managed key accounts and marketing initiatives. Katherine possesses a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Agribusiness from Universidad ISA, completed in 2022, and has demonstrated strong teamwork, responsibility, and proactivity throughout their career.
