Kavitha Ananthan

Kavitha Ananthan is an experienced professional in internal communications and administrative support. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Manager and Executive Assistant to the Global CHRO at UPL since November 2015, Kavitha previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Finance Director at General Mills from January 2008 to November 2015, where responsibilities included organizing events, managing meetings, and documentation. Earlier roles include serving as Secretary to the Director at Ispat Industries Ltd, Administrative Assistant at HP, and Secretary to the DGM - Marketing at Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Ltd. Kavitha holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, Public Administration, and Education from Karnataka State Open University and a degree in Secretarial Practice from the Regional Vocational Training Institute.
