Nagaraju Sada is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resource management and development. Currently serving as the Global HR Head for HR Technology, Digital & Analytics at UPL since September 2015, Nagaraju has also held roles such as Head of Organization Effectiveness and Deputy General Manager - HR at the same company. Prior to this, Nagaraju worked at Electronic Arts as a Lead HR Business Partner, and has experience from UPL Limited as an HR Business Partner. Earlier career stages include positions at Wipro as Assistant Manager for the Training Excellence Council and at ICICI Bank as Team Lead, focusing on project management and distribution channel growth. Nagaraju is skilled in developing HR strategies, implementing effective policies, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
