Naresh Parmar is the Head of HSE at UPL Limited since 2025 and was recognized as the Star Achiever of the Year for FY 2022-23. With over a decade of experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire (HSEF) management, Naresh has successfully led various safety initiatives, including the completion of green field projects with zero lost workday cases. Naresh is well-versed in legal compliance and safety management methodologies, having trained extensively in Dupont Safety Systems. Previously, Naresh contributed significantly to HSE roles at several organizations, including Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited and Merino Group. Naresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Government Engineering College, Dahod, and is currently pursuing NEBOSH certification.
