Navdeep Jamwal is a dynamic and resourceful security leader with over 16 years of experience in security operations and risk management across various sectors, including agrochemical, hydrocarbon, and construction. Currently serving as Lead of Security Training, Process & Control at UPL, Navdeep enhances the competency of security teams, conducts audits, and drives governance mechanisms. Previously, they held multiple roles at Reliance Industries Limited, including Head of Security Process & Systems and Sr. Manager of Security Risk Management & Governance, where they implemented effective risk mitigation solutions and conducted security audits. Navdeep holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Jammu.
