Nikhil Navkar

Nikhil Navkar currently serves as Lead SHE at UPL since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in the safety and environmental health field. Prior to this role, Nikhil worked as a Safety Professional at Heubach India from May 2021 to January 2023 and as an Environmental Health Safety Executive at Element Chemilink Pvt. Ltd. between July 2019 and May 2021. Nikhil's career began at UPL Limited, where responsibilities included the role of Safety Supervisor from December 2015 to July 2019. Nikhil holds an ADIS degree from Parmanand College of Fire Engineering & Safety Management, alongside a diploma in Chemical Engineering from IIMT Studies - International Institute of Management and Technical Studies, and has completed preliminary education at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Vidhyalaya and GWG.
