Nirali Rajguru

Nirali Rajguru serves as the Learning and Development Manager at UPL since May 2022, having previously held key roles in training and development at Aarti Industries Ltd. and GSP Crop Science Pvt Ltd. Nirali Rajguru successfully initiated and led training initiatives across various organizational levels while focusing on training needs identification and the design of effective learning solutions. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Manager in Training Development and Assistant Professor at SILVER OAK UNIVERSITY, where training programs for verbal aptitude and soft skills were conducted.
