Rafael Rovêa is a Marketing Manager at UPL, having previously held roles including Senior Market Development Consultant and Marketing Supervisor. With a background as an Agronomic Engineer and dual MBA degrees in Business Management and Plant Protection, Rafael has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in the commercialization of agricultural inputs for both B2B and B2C markets. Prior to UPL, Rafael worked at Arysta LifeScience from 2011 to 2018, focusing on key crops while managing the sales of pesticides and fertilizers. Rafael aims to further develop their career in strategic marketing positions within large organizations.
