RAMKUMAR V has over 25 years of extensive experience in operations and production management within various industries. Currently serving as the Operations Head for India Operations at UPL since August 2014, RAMKUMAR has contributed to the Monthly Operational Excellence Review Team and is part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team for South Asia. Prior to UPL, RAMKUMAR held roles such as Operations Head at Advanta Enterprises Limited and Lead Processing at J K Agri Genetics Ltd, overseeing multiple sites in India. Additional experience includes positions at Silkroad Sugars Pvt Ltd, Ramco Systems Ltd, BASF Catalysts India Pvt Ltd, Bell Ceramics Ltd, Saint Gobain Vetrotex India Pvt Ltd, and Chemical Process Engineers. RAMKUMAR holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology and has completed leadership and management certifications from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and the Shingo Institute of Japanese Management.
