Rikin Patel

Rikin Patel has over nine years of experience in FMCG and engineering, with a strong educational background from the National Institute of Technology, Surat. Currently, Rikin works as Plant Head at UPL, overseeing the liquid section of herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. Previously, Rikin held various roles, including Assistant Manager at Bajaj Consumer Care and Production Executive at Marico, where they managed production and operational excellence initiatives. Rikin also gained valuable experience as an Executive Engineer at Elecon Hydraulics and as an officer at Adani Wilmar, focusing on production planning and quality control.
