Ritesh Sheth

Ritesh Sheth currently serves as Global Head-NPP & OpenAG Research Platforms at UPL, a position held since June 2022, leading initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainable solutions for global agriculture. Prior to this role, Ritesh was Vice President of Global Chemistry, Compliance, and Production at Stoller Group from January 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing product development and production across multiple countries and managing a diverse team. Experience also includes significant positions at Stoller Enterprises, Ascend Performance Materials, Syngenta Crop Protection, DuPont, and Hercules Incorporated, focusing on chemical research, product development, process optimization, and intellectual property. Ritesh holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from The George Washington University.
