Ritik Gupta

Ritik Gupta is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards management and HR business partnering, currently serving as Global Total Rewards Manager at UPL since April 2021. In this role, Ritik has been instrumental in enhancing organizational productivity through workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to UPL, Ritik contributed to various HR functions in roles such as Core Member at the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Summer Intern in Learning & Development at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd, and HR Intern at ITC Limited. Ritik holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis and a BA in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Jaipur.
