Robison Serafim

Robison Serafim is an accomplished marketing and sales executive with extensive experience in the agricultural sector. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at UPL since February 2022, Robison previously held multiple leadership roles at Syngenta from January 2015 to February 2022, including Director of Commercial Cerrado and Head of Seed Care for Brazil and Latin America. Robison's career at Syngenta spanned over a decade, during which diverse roles were undertaken, including Fungicide Asset Leader for Brazil and Soybean ICS Manager. Education includes an agronomy degree from CREUPI and business courses from prestigious institutions such as Insead, London Business School, and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
